Data submitted via the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the need to store the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
Appointment booking (HubSpot Meetings)
For booking demo appointments we use the “Meetings” service from HubSpot. The provider is HubSpot Ireland Limited, 1 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (parent company: HubSpot, Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA).
When you arrange an appointment via the booking tool, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, and preferred appointment) as well as automatically collected connection data is transmitted to HubSpot and processed there to carry out the appointment scheduling. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses exist as an appropriate safeguard.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in efficient appointment organization (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Details on how your data is handled can be found in HubSpot's privacy policy at: legal.hubspot.com/de/privacy-policy.
Hosting
This website is hosted by DomainFactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Straße 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany. When the website is accessed, the host automatically collects server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type, and operating system) that are technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. The data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany.
Fonts
This website does not load any external third-party web fonts. All fonts used are served locally from our own server, so that no transfer of your IP address to third parties occurs simply through the loading of fonts.
