In the control center, open User settings and click “Add user.” Enter the business email address and assign a role. The user can then log in.
There are two roles — Admin und User:
| Permission | Admin | User |
|---|---|---|
| Access to the control center | — | |
| Manage user settings | — | |
| Access to insights | — | |
| Create team campaigns | — | |
| Create normal campaigns (For your own calendar) | ||
| Upload & manage videos |
Yes. In the control center, open User settings and set the toggle on the right for the relevant user to Admin or User. The new permission takes effect immediately.
Go to the “Video library” and click “Upload new video.” MP4 up to 250 MB is supported, aspect ratio 16:9 recommended. After upload, the video is automatically optimized for playback in the Teams waiting area; then you assign it to a campaign.
Format MP4, maximum 250 MB, recommended aspect ratio 16:9 (1920×1080). The optimal length is 15–60 seconds.
Both are possible, but we recommend using videos without sound. In that case, use subtitles or burned-in text messages so the core message lands even without sound.
There are two campaign types:
Normal campaign — for the creator's own calendar. It only affects meetings in their own calendar where the creator is the organizer.
Team campaign — can be created by admins and applies to the whole team or to individual selected users. By default it is not prioritized: if a user has their own normal campaign active, that one takes precedence. However, an admin can prioritize a team campaign so it takes precedence over a normal campaign. The prioritization can be reassigned at any time on the campaign overview page.
You can set the campaign to play in all meetings while excluding individual meetings. Alternatively, you can select specific meetings by using title match or the time-window tool. In addition, you decide who the campaign runs for: specific users or the entire company.
Yes. You manage your campaigns on the campaign overview page. There you can open a campaign, edit its settings, pause it, or reactivate it.
